Delivery Information
Our delivery rates and providers:
All orders for prescription items must be approved by a prescriber before they can be dispatched, please note if you choose express delivery, this will be from the point the item is approved by the prescriber. This is usually within a few hours but can take up to 72 hours from placing your order.
The cut-off for next day delivery is 3:30pm Monday to Friday. All deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
Please note as our next day delivery services are not guaranteed, unfortunately we will be unable to offer a refund in the event that is not delivered the next working day.
